My partner and I recently had to purchase a new refrigerator, and Ray’s made the experience genuinely easy. We stopped in late on a Friday night—about ten minutes before closing—and were still greeted warmly by the receptionist. Tony Doll welcomed us right away. We had a general idea of what we wanted but weren’t sure what would actually make sense for our space. Tony walked us through a few options and suggested we take measurements at home before making a decision. The next day, after visiting a few other stores, we returned to Ray’s. It was our final stop before heading home to compare all the quotes we’d collected. Tony approached us immediately and remembered us from the night before. With our new measurements, we were able to expand our search, and Tony jumped right in to help. We ended up finding the perfect fridge the same day—and the pricing was significantly better than anything we saw in the Fond du Lac or Oshkosh area. We purchased the fridge on Saturday, and it was installed on Tuesday. The two installers who came out were friendly, outgoing, and genuinely fun to work with. They made the final step of the process just as positive as the buying experience. Thank you, Tony, for all your help! We’re officially loyal to Ray’s and will continue recommending them to family, friends, and neighbors.
